This is phase 1 of my three phase squat protocol. This nine week phase is all about accumulation of time under a barbell. The program is built for four days a week, but you can spread it out as slow as you need to accommodate your fitness and volume tolerances. This program is built with the intention of being used concurrently with another program like CrossFit, or weightlifting work.
